Job summary

Touchmark, LLC is seeking a Building Services Janitor to enrich lives by performing evening cleaning tasks across our campus, including the Health and Fitness Club, trash disposal, and vacuuming. You will also complete work orders to keep facilities ready for the next day.

The ideal candidate must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to read and write English to follow and give instructions. Training is provided for those with applicable experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English in order to follow and give oral and written instructions.
• Experience is a plus but we are willing to train.
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Enrich lives by performing a variety of services every evening such as cleaning the Health and Fitness Club, trash disposal, vacuuming and completing work orders as needed.
• Prepare campus to be fresh and clean for the following day.

As a Building Services Janitor, you will enrich lives by performing a variety of services every evening such as helping to clean our Health and Fitness Club, trash disposal, vacuuming and completing work orders as needed. This will help to ready our campus to be fresh and clean for the following day.

We currently have the following FT shift available:

Tuesday-Saturday from 8am - 4:30pm.

Pay starting at $18.00 per hour.

The ideal candidate

• Must be at least 18 years of age (required);
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent (required);
• Ability to read and write English in order to follow and give oral and written instructions;
• Experience is a plus but we are willing to train
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and current auto insurance
