Job summary

Touchmark is seeking a Building Services Janitor to enrich resident life by performing evening cleaning tasks in our Health and Fitness Club, disposing trash, vacuuming, and handling work orders to keep the campus fresh for the next day.

The full-time shift runs Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with pay starting at $18.00 per hour. Candidates must be at least 18, possess a HS diploma or equivalent, read and write English, and have a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English to follow and issue instructions.
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the Health and Fitness Club areas.
• Trash disposal and vacuuming; complete work orders as needed.
• Prepare campus for the following day, ensuring cleanliness and safety.

As a Building Services Janitor, you will enrich lives by performing a variety of services every evening such as helping to clean our Health and Fitness Club, trash disposal, vacuuming and completing work orders as needed. This will help to ready our campus to be fresh and clean for the following day

We Currently Have The Following FT Shift Available

Tuesday-Saturday from 8am - 4:30pm.

Pay starting at $18.00 per hour.

The Ideal Candidate

• Must be at least 18 years of age (required);
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent (required);
• Ability to read and write English in order to follow and give oral and written instructions;
• Experience is a plus but we are willing to train
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and current auto insurance
