Job summary

Patton Building Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time evening cleaner to join our facility management team. You will maintain high cleaning standards across client facilities, with duties including vacuuming, mopping, washing windows and taking out the trash.

The scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM (2.5 hours per shift), totaling about 12.5 hours per week, at a pay rate of $14.00 per hour. A valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with standard cleaning supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across the facility to high standards.
• Vacuum and mop floors.
• Wash windows.
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Perform routine maintenance and general cleaning duties as needed.
