Job summary

Sky View Middle School is seeking a junior custodian for a full-time, year-round role in Leominster, MA. The candidate will perform building maintenance tasks, operate ladders and roof access equipment, and support alarm response and after-hours callbacks.

Hours are 2pm–10:30pm on weekdays, with a summer day shift. Salary ranges from $21.08 to $24.95 per hour, commensurate with experience. Submit cover letter, resume, and references.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred for maintenance roles.
• Ability to work on ladders/roof areas.
• Comfort with responding to alarm calls and after-hours callbacks.

Responsibilities

• Operate ladders/Genie lift at heights up to 15–20 ft.
• Reset RTUs and perform roof work as needed.
• Travel to Pump House and be available for after-hours callbacks (alarms, weather issues).
• Change filters and troubleshoot univents.
• Work with automatic logic systems and coordinate with police/fire during alarms.
