Job summary

Scholastic Inc. in Clinton, MA is seeking a part-time seasonal Warehouse Order Picker/Parker to support book fairs for schools. The role runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM with pay at $18.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift premium for hours 2 PM–6 AM.

You will pack book fair materials, monitor inventory, use scanners, and help with displays while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Scholastic offers holidays, a 50% discount, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate basic scanner proficiency.
• Strong team orientation and communication skills.
• Able to read safety rules in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in packing book fairs according to procedures.
• Pack items and displays to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Monitor inventory levels of components for book fairs.
• Learn scanner usage for item inquiries and replenishment.
• Assist in picking and packing customer reorders.
• Support seasonal inventory resets and finishing tasks.
