Job summary

Scholastic is seeking part-time seasonal warehouse associates to help build book fairs for schools in Odenton, MD. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with flexible hours and includes a $17.00 per hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Demonstrate basic product scanner proficiency with minimal errors.
• Good verbal/written communication skills, basic math, ability to read English documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in packing book fairs by packing boxes, cases, and displays.
• Ensure outbound cases and displays are safe and in good condition.
• Assist in processing returned book fairs per procedures and standards.
• Monitor inventory levels on relevant product lines.
• Learn and demonstrate basic scanner proficiency for replenish requests.
• Assist in picking and packing customer reorders.
• Maintain a neat, clean, safe work area at all times.
• Participate in seasonal inventory and physical counts.
