Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Raleigh is seeking a part-time Bartender/Cook for the Bistro at Courtyard Raleigh North. The role runs 4:30pm–9:00pm+ and involves ringing up items, preparing beverages, and cooking simple menu items while maintaining service standards.

The position offers base pay plus tips with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Training and development opportunities are available within Concord’s Associate First culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the bistro, ensuring proper storage of alcohol and food.
• Prepare beverages and menu items in accordance with existing standards.
• Accept and process orders from guests and servers promptly and professionally.
• Follow all check handling procedures, including credit card policies.
• Complete opening and closing duties as outlined on checklists.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and bar area.
• Manage inventory of bar supplies and ensure proper rotation and stock levels.
