Qualifications

• ECE qualifications required (ECE 101/103 or Pyramid Plus; CDA preferred)
• Bilingual abilities beneficial (Spanish/Dari/Pashto/Farsi) and culturally responsive teaching
• Experience with trauma-informed care and equitable practices requested

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities for mixed-age group (1–7 years)
• Supervise 1–15 children, ensuring safety and developmentally appropriate practices
• Maintain attendance records and organize classroom materials
• Foster relationships with families and coordinate conferences 2–3 times per year
