Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Concord, NH is hiring for Second Shift Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) from 4pm to 12am. Join a nationwide network offering detox, residential, PHP, IOP and outpatient services, with a sign-on bonus and a strong emphasis on supportive, recovery-centered care.

We seek compassionate leaders who can supervise daily operations, train teams, and maintain a warm environment while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year sobriety period is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Warm, empathetic personality with firm boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications).
• Train and support BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale in a warm recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all rules and procedures.
