Job summary

Sunny Sky Products is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to maintain the reliability of our beverage production facilities and equipment on a dedicated shift in Texas. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, rapid repairs, and documenting equipment status to support continuous production and quality.

Ideal candidates have strong electrical and mechanical skills and experience reading schematics and drawings, with adherence to safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Technical training in mechanical and electrical fields is required.
• Skilled working with electrical systems including 480VAC & 24VDC power.
• Experience with variable frequency drives, servo motors and controllers, and PLC I/O cards.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to schedule.
• Repair and adjust production equipment and plant facilities as needed.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns; troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Adhere to SQF and GMP procedures and follow safety protocols.
• Keep a clean, safe work environment.
