Job summary

ReMed, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner in Covington, LA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to support adults with brain injuries in daily living, social skills, and rehabilitation goals in a home-like setting.

This full-time, second shift role requires weekend availability, driving flexibility, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will implement behavior plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to move lives forward.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Driving: Valid driver’s license; able to travel up to 20% of time.
• Physical: Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence in daily living, social skills, and vocational tasks.
• Implement behavior plans and supervise group therapies with positive reinforcement.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' condition to the treatment team.
• Assist with medication administration according to prescribed regimes.
