ReMed , A Collage Rehabilitation Partner is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to support clients with daily living, social skills, and rehabilitation goals in a home‑like setting. You will implement behavior plans, monitor client progress, and assist with medication administration while ensuring safety and confidentiality.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with reliable driving history, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Driving: Valid driver's license with a record of responsible driving behavior. Travel up to 20% of time.
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence: guide residents in daily living tasks and skills.
• Implement behavior plans and group therapies with positive reinforcement.
• Monitor clients' condition and report changes to the treatment team.
• Assist with medication administration per prescribed regimes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, home-like environment compliant with standards.
