Endeavor Health Naperville is seeking a Mental Health Technician to join the Resource Team for the evening shift. Under RN supervision, you will assist patients with daily activities, meals, and hygiene while maintaining a safe environment.

You will participate in treatment planning, document patient status, and support de-escalation and communication with the care team. A valid CPR certificate and CPI training are required; a driver’s license may be needed for off-site tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Education and experience requirements are clearly listed in the posting.
• CPR certification is required at time of hire and CPI certification within 90 days.
• Two or more years in hospital or behavioral health settings are preferred.

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with behavioral health disorders.
• Maintain a safe milieu and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with hygiene, meals, vitals, and basic treatments under RN supervision.
• Document care and communicate changes to the nursing team.
