Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support clients and the treatment team in the evenings at our Utah facility. The role focuses on safety, structure, engagement, and day-to-day program flow under clinical direction.

You will assist with groups, monitor clients, collect homework and scales, and help maintain a calm, respectful environment. Requires high school diploma and completion of BHT training; in-person, evenings, Monday–Friday 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Company BHT training within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support clients during groups, exposures, and activities according to clinical direction.
• Collect attendance, scales, homework, and client-support documentation accurately.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic treatment-floor environment.
• Escalate client concerns promptly to clinicians when needed.
• Participate in training, supervision, audits, and feedback to improve clinical support skills.
