Qualifications

- ADN acceptable with commitment to BSN within 3 years.
Responsibilities
- Assess and plan nursing care for acutely ill patients.
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and health team members.
- Direct care and supervision of nursing staff as appropriate.
- Document care plans and patient responses in health records.
- Participate in governance, committees, and unit projects.
- Utilize evidence-based practice to guide care decisions.
