Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice where care is provided.
• BLS certification; telehealth licensing considerations may apply.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence‑based practices.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and documents accurately in the EHR.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
