Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse to support Adult Mental Health and IOP/PHP programs across related units. The role focuses on nursing process, patient safety, and collaborative care within a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN is preferred. Experience in psychiatric nursing and telehealth exposure may be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a board-approved nursing program.
• Active RN license with privileges in the state(s) of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred for role advancement.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance, quality initiatives, and care improvement.
• Apply nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the team.

• May administer medications and therapies per protocol.
