Job summary

Butterfly Effects in Massachusetts is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for evening shifts from 3pm to 7pm. You will work with children with autism, applying ABA-based techniques to improve communication, social interaction and self-care in home and community settings.

Entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome. We provide training and growth opportunities toward becoming an RBT or BCBA, with support for certifications and flexible scheduling to balance life and work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Passion for working with children is essential.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with ABA-based skill-building, focusing on communication, social interaction, and self-care.
• Support families by implementing intervention plans in home and community settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment during shifts.
