Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in communication, social skills, and self-care through ABA-based plans. Schedule is mostly 3pm-7pm, 12-20 hours per week, with competitive hourly pay ranging from $21 to $27, based on experience and credentials.

Entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome; educational and training support is provided to pursue RBT or BCBA certifications.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated love for working with children.
• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA techniques.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with families.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with autism in communication, social skills, and self-care.
• Collaborate with families and ABA intervention plans.
• Support consistency of intervention across environments.
• Maintain safety and positive behavior support during sessions.
