Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children from birth to 21. We are seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team for center-based, one-on-one treatment under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred; training provided.
• HIPAA confidentiality and privacy awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with physical activities as children move through sessions.
