Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team serving children on the autism spectrum. You will work 1-1 with clients under BCBA supervision, collecting data and implementing treatment plans to drive progress.

The role requires Monday–Friday availability, with opportunities for part-time or full-time hours. Training is provided, and compensation is competitive within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support families with training on treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and others.
