Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to support BCBA-guided treatment in a center setting for children with autism. You will implement behavioral plans, collect progress data, and assist families with plan implementation.

This role requires Thursday–Friday availability? (see hours) and a passion for helping children grow, with paid training and ongoing support in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Training provided on treatment plans and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Physically assist with activities during sessions (moving, standing, bending, lifting 25+ pounds) to keep pace with children aged 2–15.
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
