Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our home-based treatment team. You will work 1-1 with children in their homes under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized plans and collecting progress data.

This flexible, part-time role offers evening hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment. You will help families empower children on the autism spectrum and coordinate with clinicians to ensure consistency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with or exposure to children with behavioral challenges preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and relevant parties.
• Assist with safety and physical activities during sessions as needed.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 3:45pm–6:45pm.
