Pet Supplies Plus in Natick, MA is seeking a Bather/Student Groomer (Groom Tech) for evening shifts after 4pm. You will provide gentle grooming and bathing for dogs and assist with customer interactions as you grow into a groomer role through our free paid training with Paragon School or our grooming program.

Key duties include bathing and styling dogs to breed standards, maintaining a clean workspace, and helping customers with product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Love for pets and desire to work in a pet-friendly environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass screenings.
• Comfortable with online learning and video-based training.
• Available to work evening shifts after 4pm including weekends and holidays.
• Frequent bending/twisting, standing and stooping; able to lift 40–65 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Bath and style dogs to breed standards using grooming tools.
• Receive a free grooming toolkit when enrolled in Paragon program.
• Learn through online grooming program and grooming downtime assistance.
• Build relationships with pet parents by recommending products and services.
• Keep grooming space clean, safe, and welcoming.
