Qualifications include 1+ year in manufacturing, High School or GED, ability to work overtime, and basic computer skills. The position offers competitive pay and benefits with a shift premium on 2nd/3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work overtime including weekends.
• Close visual work required.
• Knowledge of general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the batch-off and packaging of mixed compound.
• Monitor production output to maintain quality.
• Identify issues with the product or process.
• Operate forklift for various functions.
• Maintain and operate bar code printer; refill batch dip.
• Clean batch-off bars and dip tank weekly.
