Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Bartender to join our Hartford area team. This part-time role involves beverage and limited food service in the lounge and bar, with 4pm–11pm shifts and weekend availability.

Requirements include CT TIPS certification, a friendly, team-oriented attitude, and the ability to work flexible hours. Prior hotel bartending is a plus but not required; compensation is competitive and tips eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be TIPS certified in Connecticut.
• Part-time position with weekend and holiday availability.
• Friendly disposition and ability to work as a team.
• Shift is mainly 4pm-11pm.
• Alcohol awareness certification REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar with appropriate levels of liquor, juices, and supplies.
• Keep bar, glasses and cutlery clean and sanitized.
• Ensure guests are of legal drinking age.
• Prepare drinks and present bills to guests.
• Engage with guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor for overconsumption and handle accordingly.
• Lock up and store equipment, deposits, and cash drops.
