Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Bartender in Windsor, CT to provide beverage service and light food support in the lounge and bar. The role requires a CT TIPS certification, a flexible schedule, and prior hotel bartending experience is preferred.

The position is part-time with a 4pm–10:30pm shift, emphasizing guest service, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must be TIPS certified in the state of Connecticut.
• This is a Part Time position.
• Shift is 4pm-10:30pm.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Previous hotel bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar area and maintain cleanliness to ensure food/drink safety.
• Provide beverage preparation and service for lounge and bar area.
• Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from kitchen to serving counters and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Attend to guest needs and work as part of a collaborative team.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
