Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up assigned bars; stocks beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.
• Maintains stock; prepares and stores garnishes, juices and perishables to ensure quality.
• Greets guests; takes and processes drink orders; mixes and presents drinks per recipes; controls portions.
• Checks guests for proper identification.
• Receives cash from guests; verifies charges; records charges and vouchers.
• Locks up and stores beverage products, food, equipment, cash drops; secures bank.
• Performs cleaning tasks; keeps area clean and organized.
• Arranges bottles/glasses for an attractive bar display; sterilizes stemware.
