Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• Minimum of three years in a bartending role.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar with proper liquor, juices, and supplies.
• Keep bar, glasses, and cutlery clean and sanitized.
• Ensure guests are of legal drinking age.
• Prepare drinks per standards and guest preferences.
• Present the bill and collect payment.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor for overconsumption and take appropriate action.
• Lock up and store items, handle cash drops.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
