Renaissance Daytona Beach Oceanfront Hotel in Daytona Beach, Florida is seeking an experienced bartender to enhance guest beverage service at the hotel bar. You will take orders, prepare drinks, handle payments, and ensure cleanliness in a fast-paced, non-smoking environment.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, capable of working 4:00 pm to 2:00 am, and comfortable standing for long periods while using a POS system. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced bar.
• Able to stand for long periods up to 5 hours.
• Comfortable lifting and carrying items as needed up to 25 pounds.
• Must handle money and operate a POS system.
• Availability to work 4:00 pm–2:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests and beverage orders from servers.
• Record drink orders into the register system.
• Accept guest payment and process charges.
• Wash and sterilize glassware.
• Present drink menus and make beverage recommendations.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock.
• Serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.
• Report equipment problems to supervisor.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies.
