Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional service during events, banquets, and special occasions. You will work with event coordinators, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety practices. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is often required.

Qualifications

• Minimum, or preferred, experience in banquet service or similar role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices recommended.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare banquet spaces including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
• Greet guests and provide information on menu items and dietary needs.
• Maintain table appearance and clear plates, glassware, and utensils promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate food delivery.
• Communicate with other servers and event coordinators for smooth service.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns courteously and efficiently.
• Follow health, safety, and alcohol service policies.
• Assist with post-event cleanup and equipment storage.
