Starting wage is $15.00/hour, based on experience. Flexibility to work from 3-11 PM shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily food & beverage banquet service and setup
• Ensure guest satisfaction and timely event execution
• Demonstrate multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Meet with banquet planners and develop procedures
• Assist in staff training and development
• Provide friendly service to every guest

Success in this role includes:

• Six months supervisory experience
• One year banquet server/food & beverage experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle pressure with professionalism
• Outgoing personality and leadership qualities
