How do I make an impact on my team?

Our friendly and attentive Evening Banquet Captain helps provide exceptional service and customer care in our restaurant and/or during event functions.

Supervises daily food & beverage banquet service and set-up to ensure guest satisfaction

Demonstrates the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and organized event execution.

Bilingual communication skills are a plus to better serve a diverse guest population.

Meets with banquet meeting planner or contact to establish rapport and evaluate any immediate needs

Assists in the development, coordination and implementation of banquet practices and procedures

Assists in the selection and training of banquet staff

Greet every guest with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude

What does success look like in this role?

Six months of supervisory experience

One year of previous banquet server/food & beverage experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Effective problem-solving skills

Ability to handle pressure with poise and finesse

Positive attitude, outgoing and friendly personality

Strong leadership and a professional image
