Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a Part-Time Bakery Team Member to support the bakery with proofs, baking, displays, and daily upkeep. This role runs 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, up to 20 hours per week, offering weekly pay and admission to employee benefits.

You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on quality and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include helping guests, pairing items, following food safety standards, labeling, and assisting with stock and department cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Answers questions and recommends bakery items.
• Answers Member calls and takes special orders.
• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods following production charts.
• Gathers products for the next business day.
• Packages freshly baked goods and displays them per chart guidelines.
• Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety policies.
• Cleans and sanitizes bakery equipment and surfaces.
