Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or customer service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods following product handling information.
• Uses bakery production charts for production and display needs.
• Gathers products for the next business day and ensures freshness.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment, displays, and surfaces in the bakery.
• Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments; rotates stock and checks for out-of-date items.
