Job summary

MEDLOG Cold Storage/C&K Holdings is seeking a 2nd shift Automation De-Slatting Operator to safely run and support the de-slatting line for protein products in Rincon, GA. You will monitor automated processes, load pallets, and ensure food safety, quality, and housekeeping standards are upheld.

The role requires manual handling, adherence to HACCP/OSHA requirements, and collaboration with warehouse teams to maintain throughput.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or production environments.
• Ability to operate forklifts or electric pallet jacks preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor the automated de-slatting line.
• Load pallets and product per SOPs and ensure proper disposal of debris.
• Inspect items for damage and notify leadership of issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work area; follow HACCP guidelines.
