Job summary

Cox Automotive - USA is hiring a Driver I - Non-DOT at Manheim. You’ll be part of an energetic team driving vehicles through auction lanes and parking inventory, helping ensure a smooth experience for customers and colleagues.

No prior experience is required, and you’ll gain shop-floor exposure in a dynamic automotive environment. Shifts are evenings (Thu-Sun 3 PM–10 PM) with hourly pay of $16.30, and you’ll follow safety procedures, assist with vehicle movement, and support the auction process

Qualifications

A valid driver's license and safe driving record.
High school diploma or GED.
Auction experience preferred.
Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions.

Responsibilities

Safely drive vehicles through auction lanes on sale days and throughout auction grounds.
Transport vehicles to designated areas on auction premises and to customer dealerships.
Stage, organize and park vehicles in the correct order as directed.
Help locate misplaced vehicles or move inventory as needed.
Prepare vehicles for movement by performing basic tasks (inflating tires, jump-starting).
Communicate vehicle issues to relevant teams.
Provide helpful, friendly support to customers, dealers, and coworkers.
Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safety culture.
May require overtime based on business needs.
