Cox Automotive's Manheim location is seeking a Driver I. You will drive vehicles through auction lanes, transport vehicles on premises, and stage inventory to ensure smooth operations. No prior experience required, and a valid license is essential.

The role supports a collaborative team in a fast-paced auto environment. This position features a daytime shift and an hourly pay rate of $16.63, with potential for additional compensation or incentives.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and safe driving record are required.
• No prior experience or education required.
• Must be able to drive vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive vehicles through auction lanes on sale days and throughout auction grounds, following all procedures and traffic laws.
• Transport vehicles to designated areas on auction premises and to customer locations, providing a professional experience.
• Stage and park vehicles in the correct order based on supervisor directions.
• Help locate misplaced vehicles or move inventory as needed.
• Prepare vehicles for movement by inflating tires and jump-starting as needed.
• Communicate vehicle issues to the appropriate teams.
• Provide helpful, friendly support to customers, dealers, and coworkers.
• Follow safety and health procedures and contribute to a culture of safety excellence.
