Job summary

Cox Automotive’s Manheim unit is seeking a Driver I to work on-site Thursdays 8am–5pm. Earn $14.00 per hour with the potential for incentives. No education or prior experience required; join a collaborative team and stay active by moving vehicles through auctions and parking areas.

You will drive vehicles between auction lanes and customer sites, stage and organize inventory, and ensure safety and courteous service for customers and coworkers. Overtime may be needed based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Preferred: previous auction experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive vehicles through auction lanes on sale days and within auction grounds.
• Transport vehicles to designated areas on auction premises, dealerships and business locations.
• Stage, organize and park vehicles in the correct order as directed.
• Help locate misplaced vehicles or move inventory as needed.
• Prepare vehicles for movement by basic tasks such as inflating tires and jump-starting vehicles.
• Communicate vehicle issues to the appropriate teams.
• Provide friendly support to customers, dealers, account reps, rental agencies and coworkers.
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to safety culture.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
