Sheetz in Marysville, OH seeks an Assistant Manager of Hospitality to oversee customer experience and store operations in the evenings. You will lead the hospitality-focused team, ensure top-notch service, and support the Store Manager with recruitment, training, and performance management.

This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, inventory, promotions, production, service, and day-to-day leadership in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year degree in a business related field preferred.
• Successful completion of certification testing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Back-up the Store Manager with recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of your store team.
• Have a say in staffing decisions on who works and when.
• Handle customer questions, complaints and concerns.
• Ensure staff compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures, and programs.
• Follow up on responses from customer service shops, QA audits, secret shops and SMG surveys.
• Oversee hospitality standards in customer transactions, store cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
