The role involves basic assembly and packaging, with opportunities to learn higher-level tasks as positions become available within the plant. The job includes a 3:30PM-1:30AM shift, requires a high school diploma, and English proficiency (Spanish bilingual a plus). Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, and speak English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to stand and lift heavy loads for long periods.
• Experience in fast paced manufacturing environment.
• MS Excel, MS Word, Data Entry, SAP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work under supervision and maintain ongoing communication with the supervisor and peers through verbal instruction and reports.
• Ensure materials are properly packaged.
• Put scrap into the designated scrap bins.
• Read and comprehend production SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Set up equipment and ensure production materials are available.
