Job summary

Firefly Children & Family Alliance in Indianapolis, IN seeks a part-time Abuse Intervention Program Facilitator. The role centers on facilitating AIP groups for men and women, with evening hours 4:00–8:00 p.m. and some daytime sessions 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Flexible schedule (2–8 hours/week) to meet group needs and census. Requires a related bachelor’s degree and relevant experience. Responsibilities include documenting all client contacts, joining multi-disciplinary meetings, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, human services, or a related field.
• Experience working with justice-involved individuals, behavioral health populations, and/or group facilitation.
• Knowledge of and skills in working with perpetrators and/or survivors of abuse, family dynamics and basic group facilitation methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization & time management skills
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing Domestic Violence training and certifications
