Job summary

The Archway seeks a Part-Time PAIP Facilitator to co-facilitate in-person reformative groups for domestic violence offenders in the PAIP program. The role includes documenting group notes and client data within 24 hours, with training in battering intervention and family violence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical intervention, social work theory and ethics.
• Experience in and knowledge of family violence theory preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn additional software.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person reformative groups for domestic violence offenders in PAIP.
• Co-facilitate a minimum of two 2-hour PAIP group sessions weekly.
• Accurately document group notes and client data within 24 hours of group sessions.
• Complete State-mandated initial training: 25 hours of battering intervention and 15 hours of family violence.
