Job summary

Firefly Children and Family Alliance in Indianapolis seeks a part-time Abuse Intervention Program Facilitator to lead AIP groups for men and women. The role requires maintaining training and certifications, and scheduling may include evening hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with justice-involved individuals, behavioral health populations, and/or group facilitation.
• Knowledge of and skills in working with perpetrators and/or survivors of abuse, family dynamics and basic group facilitation methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization & time management skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Complete documentation of all client contacts.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings when appropriate.
• Participate in ongoing Domestic Violence training and certifications.
