Elizabeth Layton Center in Paola, KS is seeking an Adult Specialist for a full-time evening role within our Community Support Services team. Under supervision of a clinician, you will provide education, supportive services, and supervision to adults with SPMI to foster independence and community inclusion.

The position focuses on serving residents in ELC housing and related settings, offering structured activities, transportation support, and timely documentation while maintaining safety and

Qualifikationen

High school diploma or GED required.
Must complete 40 hours training (on-site may require outside hours).
Background checks required.

Aufgaben

Develop and provide structured activities including attendant care and psychosocial groups.
Provide transportation to activities and appointments; maintain driving record.
Provide medication observation in the community and in supported housing.
Maintain records for reporting, evaluation, and clinical purposes.
Meet deadlines for daily paperwork and reports.
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Comply with ELC policies and procedures.
Complete trainings as assigned.
