Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School is seeking a Grant-Funded Adult Education Student Advisor for the Franklin, MA area. The role supports adult learners from application through placement in CTI programs, with a focus on coordinating evening classes and program logistics.

This grant-funded, part-time position requires evening hours Mon-Wed 1:00 PM–9:00 PM and Thu 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, contingent on funding.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and clerical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Experience with spreadsheets, word processing, and digital collaboration tools.
• Preferred: experience with educational information platforms or student information systems.
• This is an at-will, grant-funded position contingent on funding.
• This role is not part of a bargaining unit.
• Evening hours required as stated in the job posting.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• High School/Trade School degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for adult evening learners.
• Coordinate Student Greeters.
• Support evening supervisors.
• Coordinate student applications, selection, enrollment confirmation, and arrival support for CTI programs.
• Develop and administer student placement surveys.
• Organize and distribute class schedules to students and instructors for CTI Programs.
• Support CTI instructors with program-related logistics, attendance, submitting requisitions, and confirmation of purchased items being received.
• Assist in coordination of career fairs and student placement activities.
