American Addiction Centers is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to evaluate AAC services for potential clients and families, explain services and costs, perform telephonic intakes, and guide care coordination with our clinical teams.

You will work Wednesday to Sunday, 3p–11:30p, with a focus on patient experience, financial counseling, and facilitating transitions through levels of care in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in business or related field.
• Strong ability to multi-task and multi-line phone conversations.
• Knowledge of healthcare/behavioral health preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional evaluation of AAC services to potential clients.
• Explain services and costs, conduct telephonic intakes.
• Coordinate with families and patients to facilitate transitions through levels of care.
• Maintain adherence to admission guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support marketing liaison and enrollment processes.
