You will work with a clinical team to implement treatment plans, conduct lectures for clients and families, and ensure documentation complies with regulations. Starting pay varies by education, CADC path available, onsite role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of addiction treatment experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license; CADC or ability to obtain within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clients with addiction, provide daily counseling sessions (individual, group, case management, education).
• Deliver therapeutic activities and supervise client recreational activities.
• Support treatment planning with the team and coordinate lectures for clients, families, and community resources.
• Maintain client records compliant with laws and Rosecrance policies.
• Lead and participate in daily team meetings and treatment direction.
