Qualifications

• Requires Pharmacy Technician licensure and active Pharmacy Technician certification OR Pharmacy Intern licensure in the state of practice.
• Ability to perform moderate to difficult mathematical calculations.
• Strong customer service focus and exceptional communication skills.
• Must maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Package, distribute, compound non‑sterile medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Educate and train peers and trainees as needed.
• Restock medications and manage inventory with verification against invoices.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Handle narcotics following all federal and state requirements.
• Prepare and label intravenous non‑hazardous compounds and related documentation.
