Job summary

St. Lukes Home is seeking a full‑time CNA with certification (recommended) to work the evening shift from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The role includes promoting resident rights, assisting in activity planning, and supporting a safe, dignified living environment for residents in a 24‑hour care setting.

Position requires good health, English proficiency, and the ability to work weekends/holidays on a rotating schedule. Training is provided, with retention and referral bonuses available to new employees.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification recommended and verifiable by the ND Nurse Aide Registry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and teammates.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Encourage positive social exchange and respect residents’ rights and choices.
• Assist Activity Director in planning and transporting residents to activities and presenting programs.
• Participate in meetings, restock supplies, and ensure equipment is functional.
